MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts in which we practice different styles of Martial Arts like Taekwondo, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiujitsu, Grappling, Wrestling, Judo etc. Practicing MMA improves athelet’s stamina, endurance, control as well as knowledge of practical fighting skills. In MMA we concentrate on athlete body physique which is done by high intense body weight training as well as outdoor training.
